RN Clinical Educator

As a RN Clinical Educator at Avita Health System, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality patient care. This position requires a strong clinical background and excellent communication skills to educate and support nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clinical educators, staff, and physicians to identify educational needs and develop strategies to meet them.
- Assist in the development of educational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff on clinical procedures and best practices.
- Maintain current knowledge of clinical practices and regulations to ensure the highest quality patient care.
Requirements:
- Current state of Ohio Registered Nurse license.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or currently enrolled and will obtain within 6 months).
- BLS certification.
- Minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a clinical educator.
- ACLS and PALS certification.
- Certified as a BLS, ACLS, and PALS instructor.
