Visitors often express that upon entering Rosedale & Emerald, they feel a sense of warmth and welcome that is unique. We provide our nurse aides with the following benefits:

Compensation: Non-Certified Aides start at $10 per hour, and upon receiving notification from the Nurse Aide Registry, base pay increases to $11.50 per hour, plus differentials for second & third shifts and weekends.

Incentives: We offer various bonuses to express our gratitude to team members for exceptional commitment, including bonuses for referrals, retention, perfect attendance, holiday attendance, and length of service during Christmas.

Paid Time Off (PTO):

Our PTO benefit is generous, with hours accrued based on the number of hours worked each pay period. By collaborating with your team to develop your schedule, you may accumulate more PTO than needed for time off requests.
  • At the end of the first year of employment, a lump sum of up to 40 hours is added to the PTO bank.
  • In previous years, Rosedale has allowed staff to cash in up to 40 PTO hours around the end of the year for holiday shopping.

Health Insurance: Our medical plan is competitive, offering employee-only and family plans. For just $120 a month, employees can access comprehensive medical coverage with NO deductible. Dental Insurance: Rosedale Green collaborates with Dental Care Plus to provide dental coverage for our team members. The plan covers preventive care at 100%, basic procedures at 80%, and major procedures at 75%. The single plan costs $32 a month, while the family plan is $50 a month.

Training & Continuing Education Program:
  • We are among the few long-term care facilities with a state-approved on-site nurse aide certification program.
  • Rosedale Green values education and encourages attendance at local, regional, and state conferences.
Tuition Reimbursement: Rosedale Green offers current employees the chance to pursue further education, such as STNA to KMA, KMA to LPN, LPN to RN, etc. We provide up to $2000 annually for tuition reimbursement.

Life Insurance: FREE life insurance equivalent to one year’s salary.

Short-Term Disability: FREE disability insurance providing $75-100 a week for up to 12 weeks.

Supplemental Insurance: Additional life, disability, and cancer coverage options are available.

Retirement Savings Plan: Employees can contribute tax-free immediately to our 403(b) plan.
