About the Role:

In this capacity, the Cost Analyst will be tasked with examining contract documentation (including design blueprints, specifications, proposals, etc.) to generate pricing estimates while fostering effective communication with engineers, contractors, and clients.


Key Responsibilities:
Ability to interpret and analyze contract drawings

Conduct material take-offs

Prepare cost estimates for senior review

Collaborate with project management teams

Oversee scheduling and delivery logistics

Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction

Assist in evaluating Invitations to Bid

Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in steel cost estimation

Proven track record of achieving profitability in operations

Solid understanding of engineering and construction principles

Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Ability to analyze contract documents to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Strong verbal and written communication abilities
