We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse/Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team at North Star Auto Group. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for receiving and processing all parts orders, maintaining accurate inventory control, and ensuring timely delivery to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Receive and process all parts orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking
  • Create bin locations for new stock and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
  • Notify customers of parts arrival and any discrepancies
  • Process accessories and shelving them in a safe and efficient manner
  • Prepare items for returns and shipping
  • Separate orders for each dealership and deliver parts to a second location
  • Perform light forklift duties and maintain a safe working environment
  • Process warranty scrap and maintain accurate records
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures

  • Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit
  • Ability to learn new products and processes quickly
  • Excellent communication skills with customers and team members
  • Professional and well-groomed personal appearance
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
