Job Description

The lead HVAC installer is responsible for overseeing the installation of commercial HVAC systems from start to finish. This includes working with project managers to plan projects, taking prints and submittals, and efficiently running the job while supervising a crew of 4-5 installers.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to read and interpret submittals and plans

• Oversee a team of 4-5 installers

• Commercial HVAC installation and remodeling

• Ability to work with owners and general contractors

• Start-up and testing of HVAC systems

Work Environment

This is a permanent position with Aerotek, a leading staffing agency. The job will be located throughout the Kansas City metro, with day shift hours from 7am to 3:30pm.
