Guest Advocate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Advocate. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our guests, ensuring they feel welcome, inspired, and rewarded.

• Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and mobile payments.
• Restock shelves, maintain inventory levels, and ensure product is accurately priced and signed.
• Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping experience.
• Support the execution of sales plans, promotions, and events to drive sales and increase guest engagement.
• Maintain a safe and secure store environment, adhering to all safety policies and procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
