About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Dishwasher/Porter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for washing all dishes, kitchen equipment, and food preparation equipment, as well as maintaining organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas.

Responsibilities
This position involves a range of duties, including:
- Ensuring the availability of clean dishes by bussing tables, washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware, and resetting dining areas;
- Maintaining high standards of appearance and hygiene;
- Monitoring dishwashing machine operation and adjusting settings as needed;
- Informing chefs when supplies are low or equipment is not functioning properly;
- Assisting in cleaning kitchen equipment and appliances;
- Sweeping and mopping floors;
- Taking out the trash and rinsing garbage cans;
- Supporting other restaurant staff members with tasks as needed;

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 1+ years of experience as a dishwasher, preferably in a similar environment;
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays;
- Basic math skills;
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions;
- Strong communication and teamwork skills;
