About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing practice that values work-life balance and offers a dynamic, supportive work environment. As a Medical Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing direct patient care, assisting with medical procedures, and coordinating appointments and schedules.
Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality patient care, focusing on attention to detail and compassion
- Collaborate with physicians and staff to coordinate patient care and services
- Conduct routine medical tasks, such as taking vital signs and recording medical histories
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and scheduling
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or certification preferred
- Previous medical assistant experience or training in a related field
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and HIPAA compliance
