Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Porter to perform general maintenance and repairs, grounds, and cleaning of the facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, with a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventive maintenance and general duties as needed
  • Complete work orders and forms to ensure proper documentation of maintenance equipment operations
  • Help maintain a clean facility and grounds
  • Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of Maintenance Technician experience
  • Ability to move heavy equipment safely and properly
  • Availability for emergency maintenance calls every 3rd week
  • Normal work hours are usually between 7am - 4pm, Mon-Fri (may vary slightly based on season) with occasional overtime required
