Career Opportunity in Facilities Maintenance

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Custodian to join our team at the City of Bothell, WA. This is a regular full-time position with an estimated annual salary of $54,546.64 - $69,347.96.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, waxing floors, and shampooing carpets. You will also be required to operate facility maintenance equipment, such as commercial floor buffers, carpet cleaners, water extractors, and waxes.

To be successful in this position, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also have experience following proper sanitation procedures and using appropriate cleaning products.
