As a key member of our interprofessional team, you will provide therapeutic patient and family-centered care, working collaboratively to develop, execute, and evaluate patient care plans.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the interprofessional team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Utilize evidence-based practice to drive clinical decisions and improve patient outcomes.
- Delegate and supervise care in accordance with the WI Nurse Practice Act.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and assume responsibility for professional development.
- Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact).
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA-approved equivalent within 90 days of hire.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 90 days of hire.
- At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience, preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, preferred.
