Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Physical Therapist to join our growing rehabilitation department in a rural Critical Access Hospital and Outpatient Clinic. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in our community and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and develop effective treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Provide a range of physical therapy services, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, to promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Supervise and mentor Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Coordinators (RCAs) to support their professional growth and development.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and research in physical therapy to continuously improve patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of MO.
- Experience working in a rural or Critical Access Hospital setting is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
