Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team at PNC Financial Services Group. As a key member of our Retail Branch Banking Network, you will be responsible for strengthening customer relationships and identifying opportunities to improve their financial well-being.

About the Role
  • You will acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, collaborating with ecosystem partners to grow customers' share of wallet.
  • You will drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, utilizing a defined sales process to elevate client loyalty.
  • You will create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, performing lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty.
  • Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
  • Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed in an efficient and accurate manner.
Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of experience in banking or a related field, with a strong understanding of banking products and procedures.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
