About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team at Akuna Capital. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers and ensuring the successful delivery of our trading platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of software engineers in the development and maintenance of our trading platform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Develop and implement engineering best practices and standards
  • Ensure the quality and reliability of our trading platform
  • Manage project timelines and budgets
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the trading industry
  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams and delivering projects
  • Strong technical skills in Python and C++
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
