We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Children of America. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks to our preschool children. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve meals and snacks in accordance with posted menus
• Determine meal and snack count and distribute food to each classroom
• Remove trays and leftovers from classrooms and dispose accordingly
• Perform weekly food and supply inventory; submit list of needed items
• Order food and supply items from approved supplier, within budget set by Management
• Check-in supply deliveries to ensure accuracy of order placed
• Keep kitchen, including appliances, cabinets and all inventory, organized and clean

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Driver's license required
• PlanServSage certification required
• Strong customer service skills and a love for children and cooking
