Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our GSCM Systems Support team as a Global SCM Systems Support Specialist. This position is critical to maintaining the integrity and standardization of transactions between Ariba and SAP (S/4 HANA). As a contractor, you will work closely with multiple teams, including Supply Chain, IT, and Accounts Payable, to ensure smooth operation and resolution of any issues related to Ariba transactions and SAP-configured supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and communicate findings and recommendations from User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to meet business requirements.
  • Monitor, prioritize, and troubleshoot incident tickets assigned to the GSCM Systems Support team, ensuring effective communication throughout the lifecycle.
  • Identify and prioritize defects or enhancements in Ariba and SAP systems.
  • Collaborate with SCM, AP, IT, Ariba/SAP support, and suppliers to resolve issues experienced by users.
  • Ensure data consistency across Ariba and SAP.
  • Provide first-line support for end-user queries and problems related to SAP and Ariba.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, IT, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across various teams and seniority levels.
  • Independent worker, adaptable to change, with excellent time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience with Client's systems and organizational environment (Ariba Network, Contracts Management, Supplier Lifecycle, and Performance).
  • SAP S/4 Procurement experience.
  • SQL experience in MS SQL Server and S/4 HANA.
