Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

We're seeking an R&D Food Technologist Intern to join our team for the summer of 2025. As an intern, you'll work closely with our R&D team and operations staff to develop new confectionery products and improve existing ones.

Your daily duties will include:

• Benchtop sampling and testing
• Supplier interactions and requests
• Line trials and data collection
• Data analysis and interpretation

You'll also have the opportunity to work on a processing-related project, creating samples using different methods to understand their quality characteristics.
