Critical Care Nurse - Cardiac Unit
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Nurse to join our Cardiac Unit team at Lancesoft INC in Norman, OK. This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced RN to provide top-notch patient care and work collaboratively with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals.
Job Responsibilities- Manage various life-support systems, including ventilation, heart monitoring, and lifesaving medications
- Rapidly assess patients' conditions and intervene with immediate attention as needed
- Collaborate with the dedicated stroke unit to provide award-winning advanced stroke care
- Provide care to critically ill patients, including those with respiratory failure, sepsis, renal failure, induced hypothermia, and prolonged intermittent renal replacement therapy
- Diploma or Associate's Degree (ADN) - Required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) - Preferred
- Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) - Preferred
- Previous ICU experience – Required
- BLS - Required
- ACLS - Required
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, we also offer industry-leading benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
