Key Responsibilities
  • Unload and load parts onto the conveyor system
  • Apply masking, plugs, or tape to unpainted parts
  • Perform material handling using a walk-behind
  • Inspect painted units for runs, sags, and unpainted areas
  • Adjust nozzles to control the direction and pattern of spray and correct flaws in coating
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/G.E.D. required
  • 1-2 years' experience in the painting process is a plus
  • Valid driver's license
  • Basic math skills
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing practices
