About the Role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Pizza Maker to join our MOD Squad As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while preparing and presenting outstanding pizzas and salads in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook pizzas, salads, and other menu items to the highest standards
  • Package customer orders with precision and speed
  • Follow all food safety and handling procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to MOD's high standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals and exceed customer expectations
  • Stay up-to-date with menu knowledge and make recommendations to customers

Requirements

  • Ability to follow processes and instructions with precision
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality

  • Food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification (where required)
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Preferred Qualifications

  • Food service or retail industry experience
  • Customer service experience
  • POS or cashier experience

Working Conditions

As a MOD Squad Member, you will work in a fast-paced environment with varying schedules, including evenings, holidays, and extended hours. You will be required to work near moving or mechanical parts, and may be exposed to high noise levels and varying temperatures.
