We are seeking a qualified Adjunct Faculty member to teach our Phlebotomy program. As an Adjunct Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching, evaluating and supervising students during classroom and examination periods on a per class basis.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will initiate, facilitate, and moderate classroom discussions, prepare course materials such as syllabi, homework assignments, and handouts, copy and distribute classroom materials, inform students of the procedures for completing and submitting class work, return assignments to students in accordance with established deadlines, supervise students' fieldwork, internship, incorporate e-learning module into teaching framework, prepare and/or proctor examinations, evaluate and grade students' class work, assignments, and papers, deliver lectures to students on relevant topics, collaborate with colleagues to address teaching and research issues, advise students on academic and vocational curricula and on career issues, plan, evaluate, and revise curricula, course content, course materials, and methods of instruction.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
