About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions. As a Clinical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide patient visits as scheduled, ensuring timely and compassionate care.
  • Maintain up-to-date treatment plans for each client, documenting progress and any changes as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders regarding patient status and progress.
  • Collaborate with case management and psychiatric services teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field, with a minimum of one year of therapy experience, or a Master's degree in Social Work or Professional Counseling.
  • Current Social Work/Professional Counseling License or equivalent (LSW, LISW, LISW-S, LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S).
  • Experience in diagnosis, therapy, and counseling is mandatory.
  • Experience in EAP or integrated health practice is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to travel throughout assigned service areas.
