Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and certified Personal Trainer to join our team at Conway Regional Health System. As a Personal Trainer, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their health and fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with their specific health and fitness goals through personalized exercise prescriptions and training programs.
  • Conduct initial assessments and screen health history questionnaires to determine if physician clearance is required.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, kindness, and support to clients.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for individual and group clients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective exercise prescriptions.
Requirements
  • NCCA-approved certification as a Personal Trainer.
  • CPR/AED certification.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Other education and experience may be substituted with approval from the Corporate Director of Human Resources.
