About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Technician to join our team at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. As an entry-level Lube Technician, you will play a critical role in providing top-tier customer service while performing preventative maintenance services for our guests' vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a positive experience with every visit.
  • Perform preventative maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • Schedule flexibility, including weekend availability.
  • An eagerness to learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer-focused team.
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Mobility to crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head.
  • Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
  • English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.
