We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Optimum Brand Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our retail sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized service to customers, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with equipment returns and swaps, as well as customer pick up for "buy-online-pick-up" in-store order fulfillment.
- Support the onboarding of new customers, including assisting with account setup, data transfer, and mobile device education.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking inventory, and conducting weekly cycle counts.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on company products and services.
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of work experience
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to travel to other stores within 35 miles (for some locations)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
