Position Overview:- Administer medical oversight for employees injured in the workplace
- Facilitate medical care and treatment strategies in collaboration with injured employees and healthcare providers
- Engage with employers and claims specialists to support the return-to-work process
- Oversee case documentation and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Manage medical assessments and treatment protocols
- Work in partnership with physicians and injured employees on care plans
- Keep all parties informed regarding medical treatment and employment status
- Coordinate additional services and liaise with employers about job expectations
- Assess treatment results utilizing Evidence-Based Guidelines
- Record case management actions and prepare reports
- Current Registered Nursing license or equivalent medical certification
- 2-4 years of relevant professional experience
- Competence in Microsoft Office and other essential computer applications
- Willingness to travel within a specified radius
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience in Workers' Compensation
- Certification in a relevant specialty
- Clinical practice experience
- Understanding of managed care principles and national practice standards
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities
- Self-motivated and proactive in case file management
