About the Role

The Swim Teacher is responsible for assisting the Aquatics Director in teaching the year-round swim team and offering individual swim lessons to members in a safe, fun environment that exceeds their expectations.

This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, quality instruction, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and service that aligns with the values, philosophies, and standards of the club.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend swim meets and warm-ups
  • Assist in pool setup for training sessions and maintain the area for non-swimming team members to utilize
  • Promote facility amenities, programs, and the club while maintaining a high level of professionalism and service
About You
  • A background of 3-4 years of competitive swimming or being a certified swim coach
  • Certification in CPR, First Aid, and AED within 6 months
  • A minimum of one year's experience as an Aquatics Director
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
