League Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized League Supervisor to join our team at the Foothills Sports Arena. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing front desk activities, supervising games, volunteer coaches, and officials. Your excellent communication and conflict management skills will be essential in providing top-notch customer service to coaches and team players.
Key Responsibilities- Manage front desk activities, including checking fields and field preparation
- Supervise games, volunteer coaches, and officials
- Provide customer service to coaches and team players
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving
- Flexibility to work evenings, including late afternoons and late evenings
- A well-rounded knowledge of sport-specific rules
- Previous experience running sport leagues
- Excellent people, communication, and conflict management skills
- CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications preferred, required within 60 days of hire
- Flexibility to work evenings
- Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application with a High School Diploma or GED equivalency
- One year of league supervision and score-keeping experience required
- FREE use of our recreation/fitness centers, swimming pools, and ice arena
- FREE drop-in fitness classes (includes but is not limited to yoga, Zumba, and aerobic classes)
- Golf discounts ($3 - $14 for 9 holes depending on day of week, free driving range and more)

- Flexible schedule
- Accrued sick time (1 hour for every 30 hours worked)
