Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing primary and specialty care to patients, including conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and prescribing medications. You will also be expected to maintain accurate patient records, communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams, and adhere to company standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care and ensuring quality professional services.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff members as needed to ensure patient satisfaction and quality care.
  • Implement clinical protocols and maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations, including HIPAA.
  • Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on continued treatment and care.
  • Perform therapeutic procedures, including wound care, and analyze patient data to develop appropriate diagnoses.
  • Ensure accurate completion of patient charts and maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that results in a positive work relationship with customers, co-workers, and managers.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Nursing.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and autonomous environment.
  • Proven experience working as a Telehealth Clinician.
