Position Overview: We are looking for reliable and friendly individuals who have a passion for baking and are committed to delivering high-quality baked goods and exceptional service. The baker will be responsible for executing recipes, conducting quality assessments on ingredients, final products, and managing orders for our food delivery service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately measuring and mixing ingredients using various kitchen equipment to create baked items.
  • Artfully decorating and presenting finished products.
  • Conducting tests on ingredients and final products to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
  • Maintaining records related to deliveries, inventory, and production metrics.
  • Processing, packaging, and storing baked goods efficiently.
  • Ensuring timely and precise fulfillment of orders.
  • Cleaning and restocking work areas, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for the next shift.
  • Assisting with delivery company orders.
  • Participating in pop-up events as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Vocational training or coursework in baking is a plus.
  • State-approved food handling certification.
  • Experience in a bakery or customer service environment is preferred.
  • Skills in weighing, pricing, packaging, and processing payments for baked goods.
  • Ability to manage ingredient inventories and monitor expiration dates.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to create visually appealing displays.
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities and capacity to follow instructions.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
