About the Job

This is a 13-week contract position in a skilled nursing facility, requiring 40 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with various physical and cognitive disabilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on occupational therapy techniques and strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current state license in good standing with the State License Board and up-to-date state and contract-required competency tests and credentials
  • Current hands-on CPR certification issued by the American Heart Association
