Job Title: Oncology Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Intermountain Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our medical staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive patient care to individuals with cancer and other hematological disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our medical team
  • Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose conditions, and order diagnostic tests as needed
  • Prescribe medications and treatments as authorized by our medical staff
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and services
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in oncology and hematology to provide evidence-based care

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on Oncology or related field
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Nevada
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in oncology nursing or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
