Position Summary:

In this role, you will oversee the preventative maintenance of various heavy machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Your responsibilities will include managing your time effectively and overseeing the inventory of parts and tools necessary for maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to and promote company safety protocols, including:
    • Utilization of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
    • Implementation of Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures
    • Compliance with confined space regulations
    • Safe practices for working at heights
    • Conducting risk assessments
  • Read and interpret maintenance instructions and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of technical experience in servicing heavy machinery and vehicles.
Work Requirements:
  • Ability to read and comprehend technical documents.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for teamwork and collaboration.
  • Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations.
  • Capability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
  • Proficiency in typing and using computer software.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Valid Driver's License with a Commercial Driver's License (Class A) and willingness to obtain additional endorsements.
  • MSHA and OSHA training is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Windows-based computer operations.
