We are seeking a board-certified Family Medicine Physician to join our team at Kossuth Regional Health Center in Algona, Iowa. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics.

About the Opportunity

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package, including paid malpractice and tail coverage. You will have the opportunity to work with a team of experienced healthcare professionals and be part of a regional health system that covers 14 counties in northern Iowa and southern Minnesota.

Responsibilities
  • Provide primary care to patients of all ages
  • Perform routine check-ups, vaccinations, and health screenings
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
  • Order and interpret lab tests and imaging studies
  • Prescribe medications and treatments as needed
Requirements
  • Board certification in Family Medicine
  • Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program
  • Licensure to practice medicine in the State of Iowa
  • Ability to obtain medical staff privileges at MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center
