In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans, and providing education and support to patients and their families.
We are looking for a nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient-centered care, has strong communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Patient Safety - Maintains a safe and therapeutic environment by understanding and complying with agency policies/procedures and national safety goals and identifying & communicating workarounds that have a potential impact on patient safety.
- Clinical Assessments - Performs and documents comprehensive and holistic assessments. Interprets and responds to abnormal diagnostic data. Anticipates potential emergency situations and intervenes safely with assistance if needed.
**Qualifications:**
- BLS for Healthcare Providers is required to be obtained prior to independent visits.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and agency required auto liability insurance.
