We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package, which includes an estimated salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
**Job Summary**
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Certified Patient Care Specialist. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse or physician.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Contribute to the assessment of patients and ensure their well-being.
- Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Perform laboratory tests and therapeutic services as needed.
- Educate patients and families about disease treatment plans, including self-care post-discharge, holistic health needs, available resources, and follow-up care.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- No prior experience required, but willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment is essential.
**Physical Demands**
This role requires constant standing and walking, frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing up to 25 pounds, and occasional lifting/moving of patients. You must also have good communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
