As a Home Care Nurse Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, individualized care to patients and families in the comfort of their own homes. Our In-Home Care Team at Johns Hopkins Care at Home is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care, and we are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to join our team.

As a Home Care Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, provide education and support to patients and families, and advocate for patients to achieve their health-related goals.

We are seeking a nurse with a strong background in critical care and home care experience. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and are committed to making a difference in the lives of our patients and families, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:

  • BSN preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of RN experience
  • Previous critical care experience highly desired
  • Home care experience preferred

Licensure/Certification:

  • Current Maryland RN license or licensure in a compact state that allows practice in Maryland
  • Current DC RN license or willingness to acquire licensure
  • CPR required
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and working vehicle required
