Job Opportunity

Hospitality Spotlight is seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our hotel operations in Southern California.

The Role:

  • Oversee finance department operations, including payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, collections, and general ledger management.
  • Guide, train, and lead a team of finance professionals to achieve operational excellence.
  • Develop and manage budgets, as well as provide regular financial reporting to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, and implement best practices to drive business growth.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support the success of the hotel.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience as a Regional Finance Director with multiple properties and outlets.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, with a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred.
  • Proven success in managing finance teams in full-service branded and luxury hotels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Unwavering commitment to business ethics and integrity.
