Dishware Specialist

At BBL Hospitality, we are seeking a skilled Dishware Specialist to join our team at Recovery Sports Grill in Port St. Lucie, FL.

We offer a competitive salary range of $16.00 - $17.00 hourly, providing a stable income for our employees.

• Load, run, and unload the dish machine, ensuring it operates efficiently.
• Monitor the water temperature to guarantee a sanitary wash cycle.
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware and kitchenware, keeping the dish room organized and clean.
• Bag and haul dish room trash to the dumpster at designated times.
• Carefully handle tableware to prevent breakage and loss.
• Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies.

• You must be able to work in a hot, wet, humid, and loud environment for long periods.
• Lift bags, cases, and stacks weighing up to 60 lbs up to 30 times per shift.
• Reach, bend, and stand for up to 5 hours at a time.
