Job Title: Superintendent/Quality Control Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent/Quality Control Manager to join our team at Oneida ESC Group. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage construction projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and completion.
  • Oversee quality control processes to ensure that projects meet the required standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • OSHA 30 Hour Construction Certification.
  • CQC Certification.
  • Experience working with federal agencies or as a federal contractor in the construction industry.
  • Strong construction estimating skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
Compensation:

$85,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
