We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Morning Backroom Processor. As a key member of our sales floor support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless customer experience and maintaining a well-organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Engage with customers, respond to their needs, and provide a positive shopping experience.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
  • Merchandise Management: Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, following company procedures and standards.
  • Recovery and Maintenance: Participate in store recovery and maintain all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor.
  • Teamwork: Work effectively with peers and supervisors to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide a positive customer experience.
  • Flexibility: Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
  • Organizational Skills: Possess strong organizational skills with attention to detail to maintain a well-organized store environment.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive starting pay range of $15.00 to $15.50 per hour, as well as a range of benefits, including associate discounts, EAP, smoking cessation, bereavement, 401(k) associate contributions, and more.
