Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at OTO Development. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adhere to all sanitation, safety, and alcohol service protocols
  • Develop a friendly and courteous demeanor to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Transmit orders to the bar and kitchen, providing knowledgeable recommendations as needed
  • Keep the kitchen staff informed of updates and changes to guest orders
  • Serve orders by picking up and delivering guest choices from the kitchen/bar and delivering accompaniments and condiments as needed
  • Issue bills and collect payment, including room charges, credit card payments, or cash payments with correct change returned
  • Assist other servers as needed
Requirements
  • You are a professional, motivated, and driven individual
  • You enjoy working with diverse groups of people
  • You have the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • You are familiar with taking orders from guests, serving food, clean-up, and routine side-work
  • You must be able to work nights and weekends
  • You are able to stand and be on your feet for extended periods and lift and maneuver heavy trays
