We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Wallick Communities in Lima, Ohio.

About the Role:

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing general maintenance duties for our communities within the district in a timely manner. This includes completing unit turns, responding to emergency maintenance requests, and maintaining the communities to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete unit turns within as directed by the Community leader.
  • Responsible for the timely completion of work orders within the community, and detailed completion notes documented in the work order tracking system.
  • Responsible for emergency maintenance response within the district which may include oncall rotations.
  • Responsible for maintaining the communities within the district to Company standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of prior maintenance experience.
  • Knowledge of plumbing and/or electrical.
  • Understanding of maintenance and repair.
  • Ability to provide a great experience for residents, from respectful communication to quality and timeliness of repair.
  • Adaptable and flexible problem solver.
