Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide positive customer service by treating customers with courtesy and knowledge to maximize customer satisfaction and sales.
  • Adhere to assigned work schedule to provide predictability in workload scheduling.
  • Follow all Company policies and procedures to maximize customer service, sales, and store profitability.
  • Unload trucks, process freight, stock counters, and perform other functions as needed to maintain sales floor.
  • Review daily staffing and workload planning calendar.
  • Evaluate recovery needs and conduct recovery blitzes at 2, 4, 6, and 8.
  • Monitor fitting room, selling floor, and sizing recovery.
  • Communicate cleanliness expectations and inspect for completion prior to sign off.
  • Conduct effective hand off to incoming MOD or provide communication for opening MOD.
  • Provide support to store management as requested.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 1-2 years of related experience in retail customer service.
  • Fundamental reading and math skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English.
Working Conditions:

Retail store environment where extended periods of standing are required. Retail store stockroom environment subject to fluctuations in temperature. Occasional lifting and maneuvering of merchandise and displays. Frequent lifting and maneuvering of merchandise and displays. Exposure to dust and extreme temperatures while unloading trailers. Scheduled work hours may vary, to include evenings and weekends. Occasional use of ladders required.
