Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Setup and operate equipment such as isostatic presses, periodic kilns, lathes, and measurement devices.
  • Perform quality control checks and report any malfunctions or repair needs to supervisors or engineers.
  • Interact with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production processes.

Required skills and qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent, ability to regularly lift 10 lbs., and occasional lifting of 55-60 lbs. A strong mechanical understanding and excellent manual dexterity are also essential for success in this role.
