We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bank Teller to join our team at Westamerica Bank. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting sales of bank services and products, and ensuring accurate and efficient financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver 5 points of service to external customers, adhering to QIS standards and actively contributing to team success through clear, effective communication with co-workers.
- Promote sales of bank's services, meeting goal of $110/FTE per month on average, and cross-selling appropriate products and services to clients and prospects.
- Meet established standards for accuracy and compliance, while adhering to policies and procedures, and un-located cash differences, operating losses, and BSA errors to be within established limits.
- Good customer relations and basic math skills required.
- Ability to work in an office environment and occasionally perform job duties outside of the typical office setting.
- Ability to accurately count and dispense funds to customers, recognize opportunities to cross-sell products, and respond positively to challenging customers.

10-key machine, Microsoft based computers, fax, photocopier, ATM, tube system for drive-up window, Branch Capture equipment.
