Join Our Team as a Maintenance Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Team Member to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep of our restaurant facilities, equipment, and grounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of customer and employee accessible areas
  • Unload incoming deliveries and replenish necessary stock
  • Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment and building systems
  • Ensure maintenance meets and exceeds food safety and storage standards

Requirements:

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
