StretchLab Flexologist

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Flexologist at StretchLab. As a key member of our studio, you will be responsible for delivering one-on-one assisted stretching sessions, ensuring the safety and comfort of our clients, and building strong relationships with them.

**Salary and Benefits:**

The estimated salary for this role is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a robust commission and bonus structure, ongoing training, retail discount, free stretches, growth potential within the company, and more.

**Job Description:**

A typical day as a Flexologist at StretchLab includes:

• Delivering high-quality, one-on-one assisted stretching sessions to clients
• Encouraging and motivating clients throughout their stretch sessions
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of clients by enforcing StretchLab policies and safety rules
• Building strong relationships with clients to promote membership retention and sales
• Attending staff meetings and educational presentations to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
