Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at Travel Nurses, Inc. in Belle Fourche, South Dakota.

Job Description

This 13-week travel assignment offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients with various physical, cognitive, and emotional disabilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patient independence and functional ability.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and interventions to address patient needs.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
  • 1-2 years of recent experience in occupational therapy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in new environments.
