We are seeking a skilled Hospitalist/Nocturnist to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a Hospitalist/Nocturnist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a stable group of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional patient care as a Hospitalist/Nocturnist, working closely with a diverse patient population.
- Collaborate with a stable group of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Enjoy a 7-on/7-off nights only schedule, with 161 twelve hour shifts per year.
- Take advantage of tele-health support for cross coverage and premium pay available for working nights exclusively.
- Experience preferred, but IM new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Kadlec is a non-profit that qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF), offering access to professional student loan consultants.
- H1b and J1 waiver eligible, with compensation between $270,322 and $361,204 per year.
- Compensation may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.
